SHAELYN DELGADO

VINYASA YOGA

I stumbled into my first yoga studio 12 years ago. I literally mean 'stumbled’ because after many years of pushing my body to do things that didn’t support it, I could no longer walk or run comfortably. Yoga was a last resort.  Yoga changed everything. It gave me instant community. It inspired me to start traveling. And most importantly, it shifted my relationship with my body.

Since my first yoga teacher training in 2010,  I've completed an additional 300 hour training with Anahata Soul (a Phoenix based school of yoga that focuses on meditation and emphasizes the subtle, energetic body) and have  also earned certifications on the Spine, Myofascia Release, Yoga Anatomy and Chinese Medicine with Yoga Medicine.  My classes combine the fluidity of breath and movement experienced in vinyasa yoga with my love for anatomy and safe alignment.

VINYASA YOGA

Amelia White is a 200hr certified yoga teacher with 20 total years of movement experience. Her love of movement started at 8 years old, with ballet. After a car accident left her body misaligned and unable to dance at 17, she began her yoga practice. A practice that would eventually heal her body, and mind, allowing her the freedom to dance again. Amelia’s areas of expertise lie in proper alignment and injury prevention. Amelia is dedicated to helping her students find healing and self-love, while integrating mindfulness practices that will carry them throughout the rest of their day.
