MAT PILATES

Develop a strong core - flat abdominals and a strong back.  In our Mat Pilates Class, you will learn how to properly engage your core muscles, while working through, challenging, lengthening, full body strengthening, precision movements. Each class will focus on two to three varying primary body parts, but will incorporate body weight to engage your entire body.

This class is a perfect companion workout for athletes of all persuasions, as well as people who are looking to increase their body strength/ awareness and muscle tone.

TOTAL BOD!

A challenging, low impact, high intensity workout, Total BOD incorporates movements from both Yoga and Pilates, as well as  a focused core/abs section.   You will strengthen, tone, sweat and work your entire body in this mat based,  full body strength workout to a  motivating hip hop soundtrack. 

Intermediate/All Levels  Modifications offered, though some knowledge of basic Yoga postures  and/or Pilates are helpful.

AAA POWER PILATES 55

Incorporating traditional Pilates movement, this rigorous  55 minute Mat workout will help you to tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body, with a focus on the AAAs.. (Arms, Abs and Asses!)

ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

All Levels/Modifications offered

PRICE: $10 drop in   |    $60 for 12 class pass

ZUMBa strength

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  This class is a short version (30 minutes) of the traditional ZUMBA® class  and designed to tone and strengthen the body.

All Levels/Modifications offered

PRICE: $5 drop in   |    FREE with Zumba clasa

VINYASA YOGA

Rebalance energy and build your practice with 75 minutes of breath-oriented asana flow followed by 10 minutes of sweet savasana bliss. Intelligent alignment cues, modifications and hands-on adjustment ensure that your practice is a challenging blend of building strength and mobility. All levels welcome.

YIN YOGa (coming mid september)

A quiet, meditative practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. Postures are held for longer periods of time to give the opportunity to observe and bring awareness to the breath and sensations in the body. All levels welcome.
