A challenging, low impact, high intensity workout, Total BOD incorporates movements from both Yoga and Pilates, as well as a focused core/abs section. You will strengthen, tone, sweat and work your entire body in this mat based, full body strength workout to a motivating hip hop soundtrack. Intermediate/All Levels Modifications offered, though some knowledge of basic Yoga postures and/or Pilates are helpful.
