Develop a strong core - flat abdominals and a strong back. In our Mat Pilates Class, you will learn how to properly engage your core muscles, while working through, challenging, lengthening, full body strengthening, precision movements. Each class will focus on two to three varying primary body parts, but will incorporate body weight to engage your entire body. This class is a perfect companion workout for athletes of all persuasions, as well as people who are looking to increase their body strength/ awareness and muscle tone. All Levels/ Modifications offered.
